ShaoXing County ZhuangJie Nonwovens Matetial Co.,Ltd. which attached to Yuewang holding Group is a specialized manufacturer of kinds of nonwoven fabric.There are totally above 100 workers and staff with total annual sales volume of above USD100 million.
The factory has imported two advanced spunlace production lines from France,which are parallel laying and cross lapping repectively with annual production of 12000 tons totally.The gram weight rang from 25gsm to 200gsm.And the factory also have another two production lines from Taiwan,thermal bond and hot air through lines.They can produce the nonwoven fabric ranging from 16gsm to 60gsm ,with annual production of 5000 tons.
Our main products include spun-lace,thermo-bond and hot-air non-woven fabrics,while we can also provide knitted fabric,woven fabric and embroidered fabric.
The products can be widely used in the fields in hygiene products,medical supplies,base cloth,filter materials and so on.In the meantime,we can also develop some products of specifications and special uses for customers.
